Welcome to the Dish

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Ellis Lanier. I was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. I now reside in Orlando, Florida working as a cook for Disney and pursuing the goal of owning and operating my own restaurant. Living the life my parents showed me and portrayed, I had developed a passion and or love of giving to others. The best way I know how to do that is creating dishes, as well as exploring other dishes and restaurants and giving my opinions on them. The Dish, was something I had created on one our family trips where I wanted to showcase restaurants and meals from other states. As time went on, my own creations got added into the loop. So here you will find my own creations, tips and tricks, some Disney food advice, and restaurants to go and try when you are out about with family and friends.
